Clean Harbors located in Belpre, OH is seeking a Facility Coordinator to add to the team. The Facility Coordinator for Belpre, OH will be responsible for completing all administration duties to receive loads, process paperwork, and get loads ready for shipment from the facility as needed. This role will also help with general administration tasks at the facility as needed.
Shift: Mon-Fri. 7:00am- 3:30pm. OT and Saturdays as needed.
Pay: $19-21 DOE

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Check in and out vendors.
- Process mail, field light phone calls.
- Process incoming paperwork.
- Prepare paperwork for waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center.
- Manage inventory order and receiving process.
- General housekeeping and keeping a clean work area.
- Ensure waste is stored in safe and proper manner.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ plus years of related experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse receiving and coordinating preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and programs.
